Lodging and travel expenses (max 45 registrations):
- Lodging expenses (hotel and food) can be waived only for CNRS employees.
- However, thanks to the financial support of PNPS, CNES and ED SDU2E, financial support is available for a given number of other participants, in the limit of remaining funding. If you are in this case and ask for a support, please send a detailed request to boris.dintrans@irap.omp.eu. Other participants will have to pay for lodging expenses (500 €).
- Note that we do not offer travel support. CNRS employees have to contact their Délégation Régionale for travel expenses, and other participants should ask support to their own institution. PhD students are in particular encouraged to ask their graduate school to support travel costs.
Poster: you can propose a poster which will be displayed throughout the week of the school. But as the number of posters is limited, the organizing committee will be asked to select from the applications.
